The Trustee Meeting Room is available for your smaller function rental needs. If tables are requested, 40 people will seat comfortably. If chairs are only requested, 50 persons is the maximum capacity. The Trustee Meeting Room also has a serving table as well as a kitchen prep area.
Reservations for the Trustee Meeting Room are for a full day. You will have access to the room from 8am until midnight, with all cleanup needing to be completed by 1am.
You will be contacted by the Hall Coordinator prior to your reservation date and given door code access that will get you into the building.
For events serving alcohol to groups larger than 50, security is mandatory, please contact Sgt. Koubeck, Lorain County Sheriff’s Department at least one month prior to your event at 440-329-3747 or email@example.com to make arrangements.
